Hello! My name is Jayameena (Jay) Sundar Rajan, and I am a freelance graphic artist and illustrator based in Jacksonville, Florida. I have always loved explaining the world around me from an early age through visual mediums.
I began my graphic design and illustration career in 2020 by designing a set of 16 illustrations and a cover for a poetry book about Jesus. For the project, I got a taste of being a freelance graphic designer and started to expand my skills through self-started and client projects. Through these projects, I developed my confidence as an artist to visually translate any concept into a final product that encourages curiosity and wonder in my viewers. With this background, I am prepared to take on any client project from start to finish with exceptional customer service and empathy.
While graphic design and illustration are my primary passions, I also enjoy taking care of my plants (recent green thumb here!), talking to my goldfish, and exploring and photographing the world around me.
